Cougar Analytics

Cougar Analytics is now live!

Instructions for using a Windows workstation (using a Mac? Click Here):

Firefox is the preferred web browser. Firefox must be configured correctly to ensure proper login using active employee credentials.


Note – If you will be accessing Cougar Analytics from outside the WSU network (off-premise), you will need to run the Global Protect VPN client and Remote Desktop. Please contact your IT support for assistance regarding the VPN and Remote Desktop applications.

If you are a selected user, you must login to your university computer or virtual machine using your Active Directory (AD) credentials. The domains for Vet Med, VCEA, and Tri-Cities may not allow authentication. If denied, you will need to speak with your IT support.


To configure Firefox:

1. Open a new browser

2. In the search bar, type “about:config” and then click “Accept the Risk and Continue.”

3. Within the Search preference name, type “network.negotiate.”

Search for the following (see screenshots below):

  • network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris
  • network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris

4. Next to each item, type “”

5. Close and reopen Firefox and then go to
