Washington State Quality Award Application and Feedback Report
As required by RCW, each state agency in Washington shall apply to the Washington State Quality Award for an independent assessment of its quality management, accountability and performance systems. WSU elected to submit a Lite Assessment Application in October, 2008, discussing organizational characteristics and challenges, leadership and strategic planning, customer, market, and workforce focus, information and process management, and performance results. In December, 2008, WSU received a feedback report assessing WSU's strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Data Emulating the Voluntary System of Accountability
The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities have developed the College Portrait as a means of providing comparable information to students and parents about public universities. This is WSU's Portrait of Accountability.
